Via Radley Balko, I see that criminal masterminds, Randy and Evi Quaid have at last been brought to justice after orchestrating a campaign of terror against various hotel operators, home owners and at least one lawman. What lawmen were stout and resolute to look the modern day Moriarity's in the eye and at last end their criminal careers?

Seriously though, the Quaids have been arrested after some seriously bizarre escapades. Will the brave men and women of the Mounties be able to hold them? Evidently not. After claiming they were fleeing for their lives from a celebrity killing coven (known as 'Star Whackers'), they requested refugee status and were granted bail. Clearly, no jail will ever hold this man.
