Help Please

I'm having some pretty serious problems with getting my images to size correctly. Please see the image of the $10,000 bill from my Morning Blog. I've been uploading images to Photobucket and attempted to size them properly there. Unfortunately, it seems as though the sizes never change. Any suggestions?
