The Morning Blog, Stomping on the Browns Edition

I love it when the Steelers play the Browns. Statistically, it's almost always a guaranteed win and I get to laugh at Cleveland fans in those ridiculous dog outfits. To be honest, I don't really understand why it's even considered a 'rivalry'. It's as if a varsity football team played two games a year against the debate club.

Anyways, let's get into it.

Pretty sad story and a pretty good example of government overreacting. To sum up: an immigrant attempts to act American in order to achieve American citizenship and subsequently faces deportation.

Mexican views of the drug war. Pretty compelling reading. My favorite line:

Four years ago Mexico invented a civil war

Bill Gates might be my hero. He's a self-made gajillionaire, who's opted to give away vast amounts of his personal fortune, he's may very well be the primary force behind curing malaria and now... Microsoft is providing automatic licensing to NGOs in oppressive countries in order to stop bogus software piracy charges being filed the police.

Pittsburgh is apparently the place to be for prostitution. Considering that people have been getting shot on at least a weekly basis in the East End, is this really the best thing to allocate resources towards?

Maybe the internet won't kill print after all. Or maybe it will. Who knows?

Everything you ever wanted to know about the Soviets failed program to get to the moon.
