Seems like it might be a low point in foreign relations when Britain has to assure Israeli officials that they won't be arrested if they come for a visit.

More unpleasantness concerning the Middle East (I know! How shocking! They usually get along so well!): Saudi Arabia refuses to engage with Israel until it evacuates all land seized in the 1967 Six-Day War. The Saudi Prince ruling out engagement also throws a zinger at American neo-conservatism:

In an unusual detour into U.S. politics, Turki also warned against a return of the "neoconservative philosophy." He said that under the policies of President Obama, many Americans may have believed "that the neocon movement has died, the victim of its own failed, delusional ambitions." But, he said, "this recent election will give more fodder for these warmongers to pursue their favorite exercise, war-making."

In case you were thinking about it, don't eat your dog. And in the event that you're a vegan and like to argue that eating a pig is morally equivalent to eating a dog, it isn't. And you're a dummy.

We sell this stuff. Personally, I wish we didn't. Not because I feel any moral qualms about it, rather Four Loko presents profound aesthetic problems.

In essence: The very idea of watermelon flavored malt liquor is excruciatingly vomitous.

That said...Ban it? It seems as though the producers of Four Loko have really done their due diligence with the product (as disgusting as it is). It's slathered with notes about its alcohol content (granted that's probably useful from a marketing perspective), as well as clearly labeled as not being for minors.
