So about this image I'm throwing up here...
Well, there are a ton of disturbing ads featured in the gallery. They range from the merely offensive ( "Blow it in her face and she'll follow you anywhere" ) to the disconcerting to the for lack of a better description, "Oh my God! I can't believe people used to say that sort of thing! What was wrong with us?"
For reals. They're all very disturbing to modern sensibilities.
But one must take the cake and win the title of "Periodic Horror". I had a ton of different images to choose from and to be honest, almost didn't choose this one. Because it is simply too creepy. I'm sort of terrified that I'm going to post this thing and end up chatting with FBI agents in the morning. But...Honestly...It's the freakiest fucking thing on a freaky ass gallery of the way people used to sell crap. It wins. So here ya go: Your Periodic Horror:
