Russian Ambassador Hosts a Reception

Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Valery Sukhinin hosted a reception at his embassy on Friday to mark the 62nd anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the DPRK and Russia.

Among those present on invitation were Ri Ryong Nam, minister of Foreign Trade, Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mun Jae Chol, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries.

Staff members of the Russian embassy were on hand.

Speeches were made there.

It's the simplicity of their style of journalism that I find so charming I think.
