Gonna be a personal one today because Kacee is here! All the way from Wyoming! With that in mind, I'm not feeling compelled to tear through the entire interwebs this morning.

So...

Had a lovely day yesterday. We got up nice and early and managed to accomplish just about everything that matters to anybody. Things like:

BREAKFAST!

The original plan after breakfast was to take a walk through some gorgeous fall foliage, piss around for a bit and then get some sushi.

That was interrupted however by...

BEER

Just one of beer I promise. We even shared it because it was a big 'un. For those of you not in the know, that's a picture of Dee's Six Packs and Dogs. What do they sell? Six packs and hot dogs. And that is a market that will always need servicing. I like goats.

Ahem...The phrase "I like goats" is the sort of editorial comment you find when you step away from the computer to get some coffee, and leave it in the hands of an unrestrained girlfriend. These things happen. Expect me to be more vigilant in the future.

Anyways, where was I?

So we had one of beer and then headed off for our grand day in the fall foliage and sushi and...Oh wait.

HEY, A POOL HALL!

For the record, a pool hall will distract me from just about anything. That's the back room at Murphys. Conveniently located within spitting distance of Dee's. Dee's if you've been paying attention, is where we were responsible and had one of beer. We were not so responsible at Murphys. Suffice to say, sushi ended up not being in the cards.

And other than a huge bottle of wine back at the apartment, that was pretty much it for us.
